Join the GO-CART and Lagom Music & Yoga at Sheehan Park West for musical wellness to start your day from 9 to 10 a.m.

Kirsten Haukness Setz brings her infectious enthusiasm and a background in child development to her yoga and music classes for kids. As a current public school teacher, Kirsten has a deep understanding of how to create engaging and educational experiences for young learners. This love of fostering young minds naturally spilled over into Kirsten’s creation of this unique program. Here, she blends playful movement, yoga poses, and catchy tunes to introduce children to the joys of yoga and mindfulness. Her classes are designed to not only build physical strength and flexibility but also to enhance balance, coordination, and a sense of calm in young learners.

The GO-CART team will lead arts and recreation activities from 9 a.m. to noon.
