The PMA administrative assistant should be a detailed and organized individual who understands and is passionate about the arts. They are the first communication for clients and should, therefore, be able to express who we are as a school and explain the details of arts education both in written and verbal forms at a high level. Qualified applicants should have experience with database management and customer service. Previous arts management or work within the nonprofit sector is preferred.

Qualified applicants should have a degree in music, art, or drama, with teaching experience also preferred. Teaching formats include private and group instruction. Applicants must be willing to work with students of all ages and levels. Compensation is based on experience.
